On-the-job hazards are of significance for both the short- and long-term health and well-being of workers and, in some cases, their families. This course examines both historical and contemporary hazards to health and well-being in the workplace, as well as efforts made to protect workers through health and safety legislation. Prerequisites: HS200 or WORK100.
